Meet King, our handsome yellow Labrador Retriever and an important (and new) part of the LC Hunting Labs program. King will be two years old in March 2026 and will have his health testing completed at that time.

King is the son of Moco’s Straight Cash Homey MH MNH, a highly accomplished yellow Labrador Retriever known for his success in the field and in hunt tests across the country. Cash earned both the AKC Master Hunter and Master National Hunter titles, achievements that reflect exceptional marking ability, trainability, and consistency at the highest levels of retriever competition. His pedigree includes respected field champions such as FC AFC Calumet’s Super Sonic and NAFC FC AFC Candlewood’s Ramblin Man, dogs known for their natural ability, drive, and work ethic.

King carries those qualities forward while bringing his own personality to the table. In the field, he shows strong natural retrieving instincts, focus, and enthusiasm for the work. He confidently carries birds and demonstrates the drive and athleticism expected from his lineage.

At home, King shows the classic Labrador personality everyone loves. He is goofy, affectionate, and always eager for attention, happily soaking up pets and spending time with his people. His friendly nature and easygoing temperament make him just as enjoyable around the house as he is in the field.
